1.4.2: Quick fixes

Looks like a javascript library I added in the latest version was causing problems with toolbar customization, and someone pointed out that the colors were wrong in CN:TE for the headers. Those issues were fixed, along with a few cosmetic tweaks to the layout editor.

    Thanks for the update it’s fixed now. It wasn’t working on CN or CN:TE for the last week or so for me.

    I really like this addon. Didn’t think it was a big deal at first. But I am finding I really like it.

    I guess it would be nice to customize for CN and CN:TE. I put a paragraph at the top to remind me of things from time to time.
